The sad truth that nobody tells anybody, except perhaps me, is that dieting down, is vastly different from ‘maintenance’. You have to understand, that what you did to get down, is NOT what you need to do for the rest of your life.

Just as you found out what worked to get you down, you must start over again from scratch, to learn what will keep you down. It’s doable, I did it and so have many, many other people, but millions don’t, they yo-yo back and forth, living a life of going up and down, that is not maintenance.

Changing course requires changing your methods. Believe me, doing the same things over and over will give you what you’ve always gotten. You no longer want to lose weight (unwanted stored body fat), so stop doing what you did to lose it all. Now start doing the things that give you strength, energy and a zest for life.
