Hello and welcome to my blog on living longer! I've a rich history of experiences that have shaped my perspective on life, health, and wellness. As the International Events Director with ICN, the world's largest natural bodybuilding affiliation, I've spent decades exploring the intricacies of human biology and the importance of nutrition and exercise. My journey began with a passion for sports, which led me to study physics at Swinburne University and later become a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society. My interests have always been diverse, ranging from mathematics and spreadsheets to astronomy and social sciences.
As I've grown older, I've come to realise that aging is a complex and multifaceted process. I've learned that it's not just about adding years to your life, but about living healthier and more fulfilling lives. Through my research and experiences, I've discovered practical strategies and 'hacks' that can help you navigate the challenges of aging. My goal is to share these insights with you, in the hopes that you'll find them valuable and informative.
As a husband of more than 50 years, father of four, and grandfather of six, I believe that my life experiences have given me a unique perspective on what it means to live a long and healthy life. I'm excited to share my knowledge and recommendations with you, and explore the many facets of aging and wellness. So, join me on this journey, and let's discover the secrets to living longer and better together.
