Returns & Exchanges

In order to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience you can return your items for store credit or refunds.

On the rare occasion that your order has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately with attached photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Hydra will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period. To be eligible for a purchase refund or exchange on items of clothing and apparel, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving your items.


  1. If you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, you can request for an exchange. Please make sure following return policy guidelines are met:
    • Items are packaged back in original packaging with any labels and tags on and must be in original and saleable condition.
    • Items must be unused/unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, human or animal hair, signs of wear etc.)
    • We cannot accept returns on water bottles and shaker bottles that have been used, for hygiene reasons.

  3. After the return items are received in the warehouse and pass the quality check, we will issue you a store credit to shop another item of the same value from our web store.
  4. You may either use the store credit coupon to order the size that suits you or to order another item of your choice by paying the difference, if any.
  5. Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  6. The items you will purchase with the store credit might be subject to the shipping fee on the checkout depending on your order value.


  1. You can request for a refund to your original mode of payment by contacting our Customer Service Team at
  2. Shipping fees are not refundable except if the item returned is faulty.
  3. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding the original shipping fee within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.
  4. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted and Hydra reserves the right to reject and return the product to the customer.
  5. Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible for refunds; a store credit of equal value will be reserved instead.

*Please note: All return costs fall on the customer who is returning the product. If the customer has contacted our Customer Service Team and found a fault with one of their products, Hydra will cover the return shipping costs.

By placing an order with Hydra, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
