At my own fault i ordered two sizes smaller then i needed.
TWICE did i replace the hoodie, and both times did the customer service prove to be exceptional. I am now very happy with my product purchase and would definitely recommend this brand to my friends and family not only for the customer service, but the quality and comfort that the product brings.

I know all of my reviews here say this, but I honestly live in this too.
Super comfortable and soft, softness doesn't go away when washed like some lesser quality clothes do. Quite thick and really warm and great quality. I love the logo design too.
I actually bought one for my partner and ended up wearing it too much so I had to buy myself one.
I usually wear size 8, but got size M in this for the oversized fit and it's perfect.
